Virgin Mobile ( New Phone on Basic Contract) (Account Not Working )

Well i have now had my new mobile phone since the 17/12/2010.
It’s a basic package on a pay monthly contract.

When i received my phone i used the 789 to check my account information and recived an automated message telling me that there was a problem with the service please try again later.

I set up my virgin Mobile account to try and log on from the internet and check my data. This is the error i receive on the internet webpage when i log in.

OOPS...

I called the help number that cost a fixed rate of 20p. they told me they were having problems with the system and to email the support team.

I did this and received an email from them explaining the same issue and that they would review the problem.

Yesterday 29/12/2010 i received a call from the help desk explaining that they have passed my problem to the Tec department for review.

I asked if i would receive a TXT to tell me when the problem was resolved and i was told that

1. This would not happen and i must check periodically to see if it working

2. They could give no time scale for the fix to the problem.

I said thanks for the phone call and explained that i had just moved from Orange to virgin Mobile and i felt that having a problem to a new customer with what feels like very poor communication is a little disappointing. she said thanks you and good buy.


So in summery still have no fix or time scale 13 days from commencement.

On a good note the phone was delivered quickly and works without any problems.
